In 2000, the Meathaus collective formed at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. Since then we have been publishing anthology comic books and organizing art shows across the country. The first seven issues were self-published, and in 2006, Alternative Comics published Meathaus 8: Headgames. The new full-color Meathaus S.O.S. (#9) is in stores in July 2008 and published by Nerdcore.
